What We Do
Under Medicaid Innovation Waiver Services, we provide the following intellectual developmental disability services:
Community Living and Support
- Interpersonal and independent living skills training
- Community living skills development
- Supervision, support and assistance with daily living skills and community participation
Community Networking
- Development of community-based time management skills
- Community-based classes
- Volunteer work
- Participation in formal/informal associations and/or community groups
Respite Services
- The individual to receive periodic support and relief
- Periodic or scheduled support and relief to the primary caregiver(s)
Supported Employment Services:
- Develop and practice vocational skills
- Assistance with job searching, completing applications, and attending interviews
- Guidance and support in the work environment
