SUMMARY:The Connection Movement
DESCRIPTION:TheConnectionMovement is committed to reviving human connection with ourselves and each other. We are a growing community of over 100 regularly active participants and 1000+ members of the greater community that share a commitment to deeper connection and richer communication in our lives. \nAn oasis and playground for connection\, TheConnectionMovement meets 6-10 times per month in New York City. Our get-togethers include social experiments\, social gatherings\, a deep and powerful inter-relational meditation practice called “Circling”\, and “Connection Labs” (structured activities that flex and engage our empathy\, playfulness\, listening\, self-expression\, and vulnerabilty). The foundational principles and tools we engage with are inspired by the teachings of NonViolent Communication\, Circling Europe\, The Circling Institute\, Authentic World\, Ken Wilber’s Integral Practices\, and Creative Drama.

SUMMARY:Gong Yoga Sound Bath
DESCRIPTION:Each of the following sessions will focus on balancing\, healing and rejuvenating the next chakra along the central energy channel at the center of our body. Healing with Himalayan Singing Bowls and the Gongs is a scientific proven modality that is becoming the forerunner of Sound Therapy\, worldwide. Its power in synergy with Yin and Restorative Yoga postures and meditation will: \n\nInitiate in your body a deep healing on the cellular level\nClear your energetic mind body & energetic system of negative beliefs\, memories and emotions that are causing Anxiety\, Pain and Physical\, Emotional and Financial blocks.\nShift your brain brainwaves from its everyday stressful Beta frequency deeper and deeper into the relaxing and meditative Alpha\, Theta and Delta brainwaves frequencies so that you will experience the deepest levels of serene peace.\nIn this way it will lead you easily and spontaneously into deep states of meditation\, even if you have never meditated before or find it hard to meditate.

SUMMARY:Inspired Healing
DESCRIPTION:Our Inspired Healing event will look at the aspects of being a whole person. Presenters from various backgrounds will assist\, confirm and help bring awareness to matters we are working on for ourselves. This will happen in the beginning of the program during the introduction and Q&A segments. We will have 30-45 minutes for lunch (you can bring your own or there are lunch options in the area) upon your return we will break out into intimate groups that will focus on five aspects of wholeness: physical body\, heart\, mind\, spirit and sound. Afterwards the groups will reconvene for a: blessing\, sound grounding and a release into our waiting world. *Our Inspired Healing session is not related to a specific religion or faith. The healing session is open to all females regardless of religion\, race or culture. The session is not meant to be replacement for any medical protocols or health therapies prescribed by a doctor or other health professional.) Hosts: The founders of Beautiful Blog: Claudia Harris & Andrea Gonnella and Co-Hosts: Joule L’Adara\, Amy Baker\, Sita Hagenburg\, Cherinise Spruell
